A sense of place in every pour.
Grown in the Piana di Lamezia Terme by Azienda Agricola De Lorenzo, the organic Carolea olives are processed within four hours of harvest and cold extracted at 25°C, with a short 20-minute kneading cycle. The result is a 100% Carolea monocultivar extra virgin olive oil with a distinctly Calabrian character.
