Grown in the Piana di Lamezia Terme by Azienda Agricola De Lorenzo, the organic Carolea olives are processed within four hours of harvest and cold extracted at 25°C, with a short 20-minute kneading cycle. The result is a 100% Carolea monocultivar extra virgin olive oil with a distinctly Calabrian character. Our infused collection begins with organic Dea Carolea extra virgin olive oil from Calabria. Low-temperature infusion brings together bright Italian lemon, the warmth of Calabrian peperoncino and the earthy aroma of white truffle.

Presentation & gifting
Carolea comes in an opaque, deep-red glass bottle with gold detailing, designed to protect the oil from light. Each infused trio is presented in a structured white gift box with gold foil detailing and a red velvet cradle. Bundle contents are listed above; photographs show the individual products and serving suggestions.

Returns
