A sense of place in every pour.
Grown in the Piana di Lamezia Terme by Azienda Agricola De Lorenzo, the organic Carolea olives are processed within four hours of harvest and cold extracted at 25°C, with a short 20-minute kneading cycle. The result is a 100% Carolea monocultivar extra virgin olive oil with a distinctly Calabrian character. Our infused collection begins with organic Dea Carolea extra virgin olive oil from Calabria. Low-temperature infusion brings together bright Italian lemon, the warmth of Calabrian peperoncino and the earthy aroma of white truffle.

Presentation & gifting
Carolea comes in an opaque, deep-red glass bottle with gold detailing, designed to protect the oil from light. Each infused trio is presented in a structured white gift box with gold foil detailing and a red velvet cradle.
